A "mounted" field was added to the H5G_info_t struct. An issue where a
group could have a file mounted on it twice was fixed. A bug in h5ls that
prevented relative group listings from working correctly was fixed.
Printing of attributes in h5dump was fixed.

A bug in H5Epush() which was clearing the error stack before pushing a new
error value was fixed. A bug in H5Ewalk() which was not passing back the
