JavaScript, forms, page compression, and encryption.

Changes:
This version includes several new features and improvements. Image support
was rewritten to support all formats supported by the GD library and
include new features such as image resizing. Other new features include
CMYK colors support, page groups, object visibility, object transparency,
text clipping, and stroke modes.

Cell() stretching mode 4 (forced character spacing) was fixed.
writeHTMLCell() now uses Multicell() to write. Multicell() has a new
parameter, $ishtml, which causes it to act like writeHTMLCell(). Write()
speed was improved for non-Arabic strings. Example number 20 was changed.
