About:
GCstar is an application that can be used to manage collections of
different types. Users can enter all the items they own, along with
associated information and later perform searches using filtering
criteria. A plugin system allows some information to be downloaded
automatically from Internet sites. Collections can be exported to many
formats, including HTML, XML, CSV, or Tellico file format, or imported
from Ant Movie Catalog or Tellico, among others. It currently manages
collections of movies and video games.

Changes:
Users are now able to create their own types of collections. These can be
defined with the desired fields. It also contains detection of unsaved
changes when leaving (if auto-save is deactivated) and some bugfixes.

Added books collection management with download of information from
Amazon.com and Amazon.fr. Books could be imported from Tellico and
Alexandria and exported to Tellico. Borrowers information could be
imported from Sylpheed-Claws, LDIF or VCARD format. Command line options
added to perform some tasks automatically.

GCstar is an application that can be used to manage collections of

games, and lets users define their own types of collections.

Changes:
Default models can be modified through the graphical user interface to add
some user-defined fields. Greek, Hungarian, and Ukrainian translations
were added. There is a new default model to manage episodes of TV shows. A
user can choose what controls are shown in the toolbar and their order.
User can save an advanced search or the current one to create a filter.
New plugins to fetch information from Web sites have been added. The
interface has been improved.

Changes:
A plugin to import collections from MyMovies has been added. Some
translations were missing for Greek and Polish. Music collections were
corrupted. Export plugins had problems with pictures without suffixes. The
option to fetch big pictures from Web sites was hidden on Windows systems.
A bug has been fixed in image mode when updating an item and filtering.

new "Advanced" search can be used to define a more accurate query. The

provided by TPF.

categories. Quick searching is also available in picture mode. A field may
be selected for sorting when using export plugins. The time for startup and
to load a collection were reduced.

Two extra spaces were added on the end of long text fields when saving. In
preferences, toolbar size can be set to the system setting instead of a
specific value. It was not possible to create a new kind of collection on
startup. Bugs were fixed in some plugins used to fetch information from
Web sites.

About:
GCstar is an application that can be used to manage collections of
different types. Users can enter all the items they own, along with
associated information and later perform searches using filtering
criteria. A plugin system allows some information to be downloaded
automatically from Internet sites. Collections can be exported to many
formats, including HTML, XML, CSV, or Tellico file format, or imported
from Ant Movie Catalog or Tellico, among others. It currently manages
collections of movies, video games, books, music, numismatic, wines, board
games, and lets users define their own types of collections.

Changes:
Galician translation has been added. There is a new plugin to fetch
information from Discogs and a new template for HTML export, Float ( for
movies). Rating is fetched from IMDb. Empty fields are not fetched from
websites. Some bugs have been fixed.
