The Gerris Flow Solver 0.6.0
by Stéphane Popinet (http://freshmeat.net/~popinet/)

About:
Gerris can solve the time-dependent Euler, Stokes, and Navier-Stokes
equations of fluid motion. The domain geometry can be arbitrarily
complex. An octree mesh is used. Mesh generation is entirely automatic.
The code is adaptive: the local resolution is automatically and
continuously adapted to the computed solution.

Changes:
Bugfixes and significant speedups in the multilevel Poisson solver. Support
for variable mesh resolution along solid boundaries. Improvements have been
made to the robustness of very complex solid boundaries. Adaptive
refinement of VOF-advected tracers has been added, as well as a
preliminary implementation of CSF surface tension using Renardy El Ab.
"proper discretisation". Solid boundaries can be refined according to the
local curvature. Implicit Coriolis terms work with the Navier-Stokes
solver. There is support for "thin" 3D domains.

Ever wonder why HP has seven consecutive years of Linux market share

leadership? Maybe it's our portfolio of best-of-breed partner products, or
HP value-add in management, high availability, and virtualization. Maybe
it's the integrated, consolidated infrastructure of HP BladeSystem,
single-source accountability and solution support from HP Services in 160
countries, or just our unwavering commitment to the open source
community.

Please could you please show me how to install ferris on mac 10.9.1. The website says you need brew but there is no brew to download on home-brew web page.
many many thanks
